Project

We were commissioned to create an interactive animation for the Audi Quattro Ski Cup 2019 in Kitzbühel, that would randomly generate starting positions for the participants. The app we developed had the ability to display custom number sequences in real-time, which moved dynamically on the cable cars.

To display the animation, we used a 16:9 Full-HD projector, which was projected directly onto the stage. Racers could easily select their starting numbers using a simple button interface.

To achieve the animation path of the cable cars, camera path, and dynamic position of cloud cover, we utilized PixiJS - a powerful rendering engine for creating interactive 2D content.
